It may be hard to find items in Windows 8 (8.1) due limited and hidden functions. You can access to all settings in just one folder with this little trick. 

• Create a new Folder anywhere you want (Preferably Desktop)
• Rename folder to GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
• This is a great way to deal with Windows 8's bloated interface and limited UI. This is basically Control Panel list. But you can use search feature from right upper corner of the Window find any settings you ever need.

Disable User Account Control (UAC) on Windows 8.1 and Windows 8

Unquestionably the biggest irritation in Windows is the UAC (User Account Control). Especially for people who like to do a lot of tweaking. Whenever a user tries to perform a task that requires administrative privileges, the operating system halts the operation and prompts the user to acknowledge it prior to running the task.
Luckily, you can easily disable it. Here is how:

• Launch Control panel and go to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Change User Account Settings > Slide the bar to the lowest position. 

• Alternatively you can completely disable UAC from Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy and from the left panel Local Policies > Security Options. You can disable or customize UAC by editing items labeled "User Account Control". But be warned this method will prevent any Metro apps from Launching.
