Disable Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop on Windows 8.1 and Windows 8

If you don't want to use any remote assistance you can easily disable this feature in Windows 8.1, Windows 8 and Windows 7.

• Control Panel > System and Security > System > Click "Remote Settings" from left side > Uncheck "Allow remote assist connections to this computer" > Press OK.
• Check "Don't allow remote connections to this computer" to turn off Remote Desktop
